AZRA CONSTRUCTION Halte de la Cité, Mirabel 1 - 3 Halte de la Cité, Mirabel As a business partner of Cité Mirabel, we helped develop the largest rest area on Highway 15 between the Porte du Nord and Montreal. In designing this centre, we made every effort to create an enjoyable user experience, while respecting environmental standards. AZRA DEVELOPMENT Place Carrière housing development 1 - 1 Place Carrière housing development With our deep respect for nature, we developed this multi-residential and commercial complex according to the highest environmental standards. We took pains to make the residents’ experience more enjoyable, and we increased safety for children by including a one-way street.	AZRA CONCEPT KANATA CENTRE 1 - 4 KANATA CENTRE Bruce Firestone, the co-founder of the Ottawa Senators, gave us the mandate to design and develop a power centre project on 72 acres of land in Kanata, Ontario. AZRA EXPORT Prefabricated houses for China 1 - 3 Prefabricated houses for China AZRA Corporation also acts as a project manager. For this project involving the export of prefabricated houses, we handled management for a specialized construction company. We took over all aspects of export to the city of Dalian in China’s Liaoning Province. This project even included a 45,000 sq. ft. clubhouse for the Dalian Golf Club. 2 - 3 Prefabricated houses for China AZRA Corporation also acts as a project manager. AZRA CONSTRUCTION Saint-Joseph Tim Hortons 1 - 2 Saint-Joseph Tim Hortons AZRA innovates once again by designing and developing this new Tim Hortons in a flood-prone area. This site was raised, respecting environmental standards, meeting the requirements of the Ministère du Développement durable de l’Environnement et Lutte contre les changements climatiques. We built this centre to promote the natural discharge of water, maximizing the use of indirect light and reducing light pollution. 2 - 2 Saint-Joseph Tim Hortons AZRA innovates once again by designing and developing this new Tim Hortons in a flood-prone area.
